Your invitation, from you
Prepare your guest list, then send personally
Paste your guests into Pregnancy Planner, prepare everyone’s invitation together, then send each message from your own messaging app. Guests follow your link to RSVP on this website.
Prepare, send, and keep your place
- Open Baby Shower → Text invitations. The panel shows one step at a time.
- Add guests: paste names and numbers, spreadsheet columns, or phone numbers alone. Choose Add pasted guests. Review the editable rows; duplicate numbers are skipped, and highlighted numbers must be corrected or removed. You can also add a guest individually.
- Message: choose Next: invitation message, edit the wording, and preview a personalized example. Publish an active RSVP link if you have not already.
- Choose Prepare invitations to create all the individual drafts. This does not send any texts.
- Send individually: choose Text invitation for the displayed guest, check the message in Messages, and press Send there.
- Return and choose Mark sent & next. The next guest appears, ready for your next tap. Skip for now leaves an invitation ready for later.
- Choose Save changes to save your guest list, messages, and current position online before continuing on another device.
What can I paste?
Use one guest per line. Names are optional. You can also copy name and phone columns directly from a spreadsheet. For numbers outside the US and Canada, include + and the country code.

Review the numbers before continuing. A preparation list can contain up to 500 guests.
If Messages does not fill in the text
Choose Copy message and paste it into your messaging app. Copy number copies the recipient. If your browser blocks clipboard access, select the text in the prepared-message box and copy it with your device’s controls.
On a computer, a connected messaging app must be set up to handle text links. You can instead open the planner on your phone. Your phone or messaging plan applies.
What your invitation list means
Prepared means the message is ready. Marked sent by you is your own record. Opening Messages, copying text, or returning to the planner never automatically marks a message sent. The website cannot confirm delivery or read receipts.
Website responses appear in the planner’s public RSVP section. Personal text replies stay in your messaging app and must be recorded manually if the guest does not also use the RSVP page.
Your guests and their information
Send to people who want your invitation, check each number, and respect requests to stop. Your invitation records are private planner data. Opening Messages passes the selected number and message to your device’s messaging app. This personal flow does not submit messages to Twilio or enroll guests in automated updates.
