Using your planner
Terms & Conditions
Effective and last updated September 15, 2026
These terms govern The Pregnancy Planner at thepregnancyplanner.us, including private planning, guest RSVP and meal support pages, and personal invitation preparation. The service is operated by FRANCISCO RIVERA.
By using the service, you agree to these terms. Please also read the Privacy Policy for details about your information.
1. Using the service
The planner helps adults organize pregnancy and family preparations, appointments, events, guest responses, and meal support. Private access is limited to authorized accounts. Keep your sign-in details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Use the service lawfully and respectfully. Do not impersonate others, submit information you have no right to use, send spam or harassment, upload malicious content, or attempt to access another person's private information. We may restrict access to address misuse or protect the service.
2. Your content and shared links
You retain ownership of content you provide. You give us permission to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the features you choose, including sharing with authorized planner members and publishing selected event or meal details.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload or share information and images about other people. Authorized members of a shared planner can access and edit its saved content.
Anyone with a published guest link can view its selected details without signing in, and links may be forwarded. Check photos, addresses, contact details, registry links, and other content before publishing. Disabling a link cannot recall copies someone already made.
Guests should provide accurate responses. Event arrangements, meal contributions, attendance, and changes are handled by the host and participants. Contact the host about those arrangements.
3. Personal invitations sent by you
You may add or paste guest names and numbers, prepare multiple invitation drafts, and work through them individually. Preparing invitations does not send texts. Choosing Text invitation opens the selected recipient and message in your own messaging app, where you review the message and press Send yourself.
Copy controls place the selected message or number on your clipboard. Your device must support the messaging link or clipboard feature. Your messaging app, carrier, and phone plan govern the messages you send, including any applicable charges.
Opening or copying an invitation does not establish that it was sent. Mark sent & next is your own record, not proof of delivery or a read receipt. Undoing a sent mark does not recall a message. Text replies remain in your messaging app; guests can separately submit an RSVP on this website.
The feature does not enroll recipients in automated text updates or provide an automated unsubscribe service. Respect a recipient's request to stop contacting them, whether they tell you by text or another method.
See the personal invitation guide for the current workflow.
4. Your guest list and communications
Use invitation preparation for personal event invitations to intended recipients. Check each number, recipient, message, and link before sending. Obtain any permission required for your communication and use of another person's information. Accepting these terms does not supply permission on a recipient's behalf.
Do not use purchased, rented, scraped, or otherwise unauthorized lists, or use the feature for spam, harassment, deceptive messages, or unrelated promotions. Correct wrong numbers and honor requests to stop.
You are responsible for the content and recipient information you supply, the messages you choose to send, and your misuse of the service. These responsibilities do not excuse the operator's own conduct or waive rights or obligations that cannot legally be waived.
5. Saving, conflicts, and recovery
Edits are held as a local draft until a save or other explicit action succeeds. Check the save status before switching devices. An offline or failed save may leave changes only on the device where you made them.
When edits overlap, review the displayed versions and choose what to keep. Independent changes may merge automatically; a conflicting list is selected as a complete version. Newer changes may require another review before saving.
A local recovery copy can help restore a previous draft, but it is not a complete backup or version history. Restoring a copy opens an unsaved draft; it does not immediately replace the online planner. Browser storage can be cleared, unavailable, or lost, so export information you need to keep.
Resetting the planner creates a starter draft and is not an account-deletion request. Shared pages, guest responses, recovery copies, and cloud records may require separate action. Contact support for account or data removal requests.
6. Planning guides and visual previews
The app provides organizational tools and general educational references. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice. Notes, symptom entries, and kick counts are not monitored by a care team. Discuss health decisions or concerns with a qualified healthcare professional; do not use the app or support email for urgent or emergency care.
The baby-size guide uses your due date to select approximate weekly references. Produce comparisons and illustrations are for perspective, not measurements or an assessment of your baby's health. Babies grow differently, and changing the viewed week does not change your saved dates.
Nursery rooms and paint previews are illustrations. Colors vary with screens, lighting, materials, and paint finish. Check physical samples, product instructions, and suitability before buying or applying a product. Room layouts do not establish that a real nursery setup or product is safe.
Registry links let you organize and share external wish lists. The app does not automatically synchronize purchases or verify product availability, prices, safety, or seller claims. External websites and products are governed by their own terms. References and links do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
7. Availability and service limits
We aim to provide a useful service, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, successful saves, or message delivery. Keep separate copies of information you need. Hosting, authentication, device messaging, and linked websites depend on other services and their terms.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
8. Changes and ending use
You may stop using the service at any time and contact support about account or data removal. We may update features or these terms, post a revised date, and provide additional notice of material changes as appropriate. Updates do not authorize new uses of personal information without any permission required by law.
