Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated September 15, 2026
The Pregnancy Planner is operated by FRANCISCO RIVERA at thepregnancyplanner.us. This policy explains how we handle information in the planner, its guest RSVP and meal support pages, and its personal invitation feature.
For privacy questions or requests, email solvexair@gmail.com.
1. Information we handle
- Account information: email address, account identifier, sign-in information, and access settings. Our authentication provider processes account credentials.
- Planner content: information you enter or upload, including names, due dates, appointments, symptoms, kick-count records, pregnancy notes, birth preferences, budgets, registry links, photos, nursery designs, and guest lists. This can include sensitive health and family information.
- Guest responses: names, contact details, RSVP choices, guest counts, dietary information, messages, and meal signup details submitted by guests.
- Personal invitation records: pasted guest information, names and phone numbers, message drafts, invitation links, your place in a preparation list, and timestamps for preparing, opening, copying, or manually marking invitations sent.
- Device preferences and local copies: appearance and motion choices, local planner drafts, saved comparison baselines, and a previous draft kept for recovery.
- Technical and support information: information processed in hosting and service requests, such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and security or error logs, along with information you provide when contacting support.
Provide only information needed for your planning or response. Optional fields can be left blank. Do not add another person's information unless you have permission or another lawful basis to use it.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide the planner, manage authorized access, save and synchronize your content, prepare personal invitations, display details you publish, collect guest responses, handle save conflicts and recovery, answer support requests, and protect the service. We may also use necessary records to meet legal obligations.
The baby-size guide uses the due date and nickname in your planner to display an approximate weekly comparison. Nursery previews use your selected style and colors. These features run in your browser; they do not send your pregnancy details to the reference or paint websites.
We do not sell personal information, including mobile numbers and invitation records. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing or use private planner content for advertising.
4. Personal invitations from your device
The app lets you add or paste a guest list and prepare separate invitations. Preparing a list does not send messages. You choose an invitation, open your own messaging app, review it, and press Send there.
Opening a text invitation passes the selected number and message to your device's messaging app. Copy controls place selected content on your clipboard. Your messaging app and carrier process any texts you send under their own terms and privacy policies.
The planner records your actions and your own sent marks. It does not inspect your inbox or receive delivery or read receipts. Personal text replies stay in your messaging app; website RSVP responses are recorded separately.
Providing a phone number or submitting an RSVP does not enroll a guest in automated text updates. To stop personal invitations, contact the person sending them. Contact us about the invitation information stored in the planner.
5. Browser storage, saving, and security
The app uses browser storage for local drafts, preferences, sign-in persistence, save comparison data, and a recovery copy. It also caches app files for offline use. Edits are kept as a local draft; choosing Save changes or another action that explicitly saves or publishes data stores the relevant information in Firebase after that action succeeds.
Before resolving a save conflict, the app keeps the previous local draft as a recovery copy. Restoring it opens an unsaved draft and keeps the version it replaces as the next recovery copy. Copies can remain on your device even after the current planner is edited. Recovery is not a complete history of all saved versions.
We do not use advertising cookies or advertising trackers in the app. The public feature tour uses fictional examples without reading or saving your private planner information.
Access controls and encrypted connections help protect cloud data. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Signing out does not erase local planner copies, recovery data, or downloaded exports. Other people with access to your device may be able to access those files or browser data. Clearing site storage removes local copies, but does not delete data already stored in the cloud or files you downloaded.
6. Retention and your choices
We retain planner and guest information as needed to provide the service, fulfill requests, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations. Records are not automatically deleted when an event or due date passes. Service-provider logs and backups may follow separate retention schedules.
You can edit planner information, export a copy, and use available controls to manage published links. Resetting the planner starts a new local draft; it does not by itself delete your account, cloud records, published guest pages, responses, or recovery copies. Save changes and publishing controls have separate effects.
To request access, correction, or deletion of account, planner, guest, or invitation information, email solvexair@gmail.com. Identify the account or event and the information involved. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. Do not send passwords. Guests can also contact their event host about a response.
Applicable law may give you additional privacy rights. We will handle requests in accordance with those requirements. Information already downloaded, copied, or sent through your messaging app is outside the planner's deletion controls.
7. Children and family information
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Adults may choose to include information about their family. If you believe a child submitted personal information directly, contact us so we can review and address it.
8. Updates and contact
We will post policy updates here with a revised date and provide additional notice of material changes as appropriate. If a new feature changes how personal information is handled, we will explain those practices and obtain any permission required before using information in that way.
